1. Shipping Coverage

We operate and ship exclusively within the United States (USA). At this time, we do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Every order goes through two phases before reaching your doorstep:

  • Order Processing Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Transit Time: 5 – 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 10 Business Days

Note: Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or federal holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees or additional carrier charges applied to your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package progress directly through the carrier's network. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

5. Address Verification

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held liable for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect address entries.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and send a replacement or process a full refund.
